Responsibilities: Transaction Execution: * Assist in all aspects of deal execution, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials. * Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to support transaction recommendations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and timely completion.
